Everybody has habits, but the two things that I’m about to say may stop your natural hgh production and you may not even know it.
Well here is one of the two bad habits that stop your hgh production:
1)Don’t Consume Any Type Of Sugar About 1 or 2 Hours After Your Workout.
If you consume a high sugar drink after you workout like a protein shake, it can stop your natural human growth hormone production. The University of Virgina concluded that the body releases hgh after workout for recovery of your whole body and if you consume a high sugar meal or drink you are interfering with your bodies hgh. When you workout your body burns carbohydrates and fat, but your body truly starts burning of fat after you workout that’s why you produce more hgh.
2)Do Not Consume Carbohydrates 90 Minutes Before Bed
Why? Because your body produces the most hgh in the first 90 minute of sleep and if you consume a big meal you may interfere with you bodies hgh production causing you to produce much less hgh then you normally would. Also, eating at night is not a good idea if you are trying to lose weight because at night time you do not burn calories like in the day time, so if you eat at night and go to sleep, your body is going to store that food as fat.
Carbohydrates produce insulin and lets just say that hgh does not like insulin at all. They don’t match and do not work together. Just try to consume your last meal 4 hours before going to bed.
